My teeth don't seem to be responding to whitening

had multiple sessions of at home whitening now using 44% peroxide gel. probably 2-3 hours total and I'm not seeing a significant difference yet.

I don't drink coffee or smoke or anything so idk why I'd even have stains in the first place. there's a good chance it's instrinsic staining that peroxide bleaching will do fuck all for.
