I can't make progress I'm extremely tempted to hop on test

Its gotta be youre diet or your training plan/intensity bro...if not that then genetics

just keep going
if progress is not being made it caused by one of a few things
- a poor diet
- bad training (not training to or close to failure , not progressively overloading , etc)

Diet maybe it's ok but not consistent of healthy food
If youre goal is to solely get those numbers up focus on strength training and not leanmaxxing just yet. Go on a high protein bulking diet going only around 500cals above maintenance so its easier when you cut down, youre diet doesnt have to be perfect but just dont stuff yourself with dogshit snacks and takeout, and also suppliment with creatine. Also focus on progressively overloading your lifts, and setting out a structured and consistent training plan, training to near failure and pushing yourself
