12 eggs - 840 cals
1 big subway sandwich - idk it has a bunch of shit in it honestly idk 1600 cals?
Like 2 protein bars - 400 cals

aim is to get leaner sub 12% bf and put on muscle. Inb4 Muh gains I care more ab getting leaner than putting on size. Bc I don’t need more muscle it’ll legit make me scary looking and failo me towards women.

Idk if my Test is even working wtf am I doing lmao

Just doing 1 injection won't magically strip off 10lbs of fat and put on 10lbs of muscle.

If he keeps his caloric deficit very small, he'll build strength & muscle while getting leaner since he's on T

Obviously won't build as much muscle as if he was bulking, but it's still way more efficient than the time it would take him to lose the fat he'll lose and also gain the muscle he'll gain while on T
