U don't want the rebound and u don't want ur e2 to be too low adex is very strong. Like for ur case I'd say 50mg/2x25mg of Aromasin per week is good so try to source it. Me myself im on aromasin to prevent high e2 sides from dutasteride

It's like 50 bucks for one 30 pill box and aromasin has a shorter half life the adex but its lasts much longer because its a steroidal inhibitor so ther is no rebound its not like the others. But do ur own research if u wanna know more
