Heres my test levels. I know my test is subpar/average, but I got low SHBG and high free and bioavailable test... so technically im operating at a high T level

looks good. higher than mine but im also fat so.

ur not "high T" tho probably average to slightly higher end of avg

total T is just the headline, it includes T bound to SHBG that your body can't use. free and bioavailable T are what actually matter since that's what your cells access.


my total is 487 (mid) but SHBG is low at 19, so more of it is unbound. free T 13.4 and bioavailable 314... both above the lab's range. to match my free T a guy with normal SHBG would need ~700 total.


functionally i'm operating at upper-quartile androgen levels. free T predicts muscle, libido, recovery which is the real metric
