Bonesmashing does work (or atleast it did for me) but not in the way you think. Now obviously I am a retard so take everything i say with a grain of salt. Instead of punching with full force, giving myself fractures like a dumbass, what i do is every morning, I tap very fast with my inner knuckles for around a minute, like knocking on a door. I then push my zygomatics upwards, HARD, for 20 seconds and i repeat that 4/5 times. Now, my theory is that just like dermarollers, the extra bloodflow is enough to send more collagen to the bone, and then if you push in that timeframe, it benefits 2 things. Because your thumbs are pushing in your cheeks it helps you retain that more hollowed look, as it is lymphatically draining, and 2, because there is an increase in collagen AND insulin, especially if you ate a lot of glucose/fructose 30 minutes before, combined with a pint of milk, it will help remodel and increase mass. Now I am still in puberty meainng my potential for growth is a lot higher, so this might not work for everyone.
