My theory/plan for the lower third.

I have been researching the possibilities for the lower third- Heres my plan.

Mouth guard- 30-45 minutes clenching/hard chewing a day.

15 min Insicers for 60x maxilla force compared to mewing and helps with under eyes.

15-30 min molars for ramus and jaw width.

I want my masseter to be grossly over sized, this will have bone adaptation come in.

Important—- once them ready a very large size, I will be using Botox to reduce them greatly, however keeping the bone remodel.


Please feel free to lmk if this sounds realistic.

theoretically should work but you'll look bloated asf for a while.

I only look bloated with a masseter pump

A contributor replied saying it was body fat related and not maxilla related, but I’m gonna do more research ty for this

there are more threads debunking incisor chewing and some promoting it, i dont do it just because incisors are just not meant for chewing

Bodybuilders dont build wider clavicles from training there shoulders. This shouldnt apply either

Yeah bc bodybuilders are in there mid 20s way past any bone development. Look at some transformations from 16-20. Clavicular growth is apparent. Also, there are many chewing transformations which show apparent bone adaptation.
