you have an infection and at that a bad one. you wont have time to reach the hospital so your gonna have to perform what im about to tell you on yourself.
okay here it goes:

The Removal Procedure (Incision and Drainage)

• • Numbing:i inject a local anesthetic around the area to block pain, though deep or large muscle abscesses may require general anesthesia in an operating room.
  • Cutting: make a small cut (incision) directly over the softest, most swollen part of the lump using a scalpel.
  • Draining: Accumulated pus and fluid are gently squeezed out or suctioned from the muscle and tissue.
  • Breaking pockets: insertsa blunt tool (like a hemostat) inside the cavity to break up internal walled-off sections of infection.
  • Washing: The space is thoroughly flushed out with sterile saltwater or saline solution.
  • Packing and Bandaging: The wound is typically left open and loosely packed with sterile gauze or tape so it can continue to drain and heal from the inside out, preventing the pocket from refilling.

Follow-Up Care

• • Antibiotics: Prescription antibiotics are often given if the surrounding muscle tissue is severely inflamed (cellulitis) or if you have underlying health issues like diabetes.
  • Wound care: Dressings must be changed regularly as directed by a nurse, and the wound must be kept clean.
