My thighs are so sore from gymcelling yesterday. It hurts to walk and go up/down stairs

I was squatting ass-to-grass then did Romanian deadlifts. Then did Leg Press. Was completely exhausted by that point. Then I followed up with cable rows, hammer curls, preacher curls and standing calf raises since I'm doing a 4-day upper/fullbody split. I think I added too much to the bar on the Squats and Leg Press.

All for what? So that transwomen who give me their snapchat on dating apps ask me to pay for their live show. It's so fucking over in 2023 for many, many men.

It's a COPE to believe I can ascend by Jeff Nippard-maxxing. Women mostly care about money. You have to be like cream of the crop (ie. Jeremy Meeks) to slay based on looks alone. Especially at my age (I'm a year younger than Jeremy Meeks but he got that wealthy gf a few years earlier). Even though I look young for 38. And I collagen and face-mog the vast majority of men my age. And I physique-mog the vast majority of men my age too by this point.

But I get tons of gay men hitting on me on Facebook Dating's friendship section. So I might as well start an Onlyfans after wasting all this time, effort, pain and money on gymcelling. Maybe I can become a fitness influencer once I reach my physique goals and sell training programs to incels.

3 warm-up sets + 3 working sets of squats. Left RIRs each set. But I was so exhausted. I mentally quit.
2 warm-up sets + 3 working sets of RDLs to failure
3 warm-up sets + 3 working sets of Leg Press. RIRs first two sets. Last set to failure.
Two days later I still have trouble walking and going up/down stairs is brutal.
I don't know if I can get into my car tomorrow to go to the gym for my Upper A.
Thank God I'm doing a 4-day split. One rest day wouldn't be enough. No way I can do 6-day PPL.
