Intro :
Today I end up my third cycle after 13 weeks which is 3 weeks earlier than planned due to having injured my lower back after a successful (debatable) 1RM attempt à 300kg with poor form and without any kind of strength programming (I know pretty dumb right, you can roast me in the comments haha).

For people interested I’ll link the video of my 300kg deadlift (you can hear my back pop at the lockout of the lift, which is why I hope it’s not a disk related injury but rather a lower back muscle/tendon strain, cause if it was a disk related issue I think it would have happened during the pull from the floor or at the middle part of the movement where there is maximum amount of tension on the spine.

I will dedicate the following week to 2 weeks to rehabilitating my lower back muscles and will likely switch from free weights to machines for exercises that require a lot of leg drive and stabilization and hope it is just a minor strain and that it will be fine relatively quickly.

For the future I will NEVER max out again on any of the 3 main lifts without having done proper strength programming beforehand and I will put more effort into filming my sets and working on my weaknesses and perfecting my technique.

Protocol : 500mg of test E per week and 250mcg of arimidex 3 times per week

I know it's not the same lighting and I have more body fat in the second picture and it’s not perfect to draw a conclusion but it’s all I have.
I got around 15 to 30kg stronger on all my compound lifts.

I put on 1cm on my arms. I now have 42,8 cm arms (16.85 inches).

I put on 10kg but I estimate about 5 to 6kg to be fat and an additional 1 to 2kg to be temporary water/glycogen retention that will go away when lowering the dose back to TRT (125mg per week) for my cut.

I expect to be around 2 to 3kg heavier when my cut is done (with the same bodyfat percentage and possibly a bit leaner even compared to my before picture).
That would be around 3kg of lean mass gain while still keeping the dose at 500mg per week for just a 13 week cycle.
I will update this post when my cut is done.

I really focused on improving my chest and arms on this cycle and I think it worked well even though I still want them to get improved relative to other body parts.
Next cycle might still be 500 test, I still think I can put on additional 2 to 3 kg of lean mass without increasing the dose.

Thanks. Yes for getting laid I'm pretty much maxxed out and there is no need to get bigger, but I have ambitions of becoming a competitive powerlifter (can already deadlift 300kg after 1 year and a half of training) so I will have to get bigger and stronger.

6 times per week Pull Push Legs. Before I do legs I do some arms. On Pull days my first Exercise is always a bicep curl. I always alternante between muscle groups during my training session so they can recover as much as possible, thus I can train them as intensily as possible for each set.

The rest is pretty standard, not a crazy amount of volume, no crazy intensity techniques, just simple and solid exercises done with high intensity with apprioriate rest times over and over again

Nice. After hopping on roids, you notice any increase in bone density in the face?

No. But when on a bulk I get some temporary water retention due to the test and high amounts of carbs I eat to be able to put on muscle. I also started jaw exercises and it helped grow my masseters by a decent amount. I have a thread on my jaw transformation that you can look up. IMO I made quite a significant improvement to my jawline.
