To consume another human is simply the ultimate liberation from our primitive nature. We are the undisputed apex of this planet and to restrict our palate to lesser, unthinking beasts is nothing but a biological insult to our own evolutionary triumph. If you possess a truly elevated mind, you eventually reach a rather beautiful clarity, which is that the only prey worthy of your intellect, the only flesh that honors the complexity of the predator, is your equal. Looking at your fellow man, stripping away the suffocating sentimentality of the crowd, and recognizing him simply as the highest form of sustenance, is what I would call the ultimate act of intelligence.
