@Gaygymmaxx is on a very important mission!
He's on a mission to go 100 days without... without touch his dick
A true act of bravery!
I fully agree with his idea that:
"Jerking of fis unnecessary, therefore I will not jerk off as a way to assert my discipline"
In fact, I encourage him to reach his 100 days milestone.
However, I would urge him to take a broader look at discipline and productivity as a whole:
Levels of Discipline
"But nofap builds discipline"
Correct, but the process of achieving an objective that actually directly improves your life builds even more discipline
"Okay, well there's nothing wrong with doing nofap while also focusing on other important goals"
Yes there absolutely is something wrong this because willpower is finite!
You must pick one or two goals max to stick to and ignore everything else
"I will smoke a cigar then beat the shit out of you" – Andrew Tate, who realises that his daily physical training is what contributes the most to his physical strength, not him choosing to stop smoking
"I will drink a glass of wine before I get out of bed" – Winston Churchill, who realises that the most important thing he must do each day is to enhance his strategy of how to defeat his enemies, not him choosing to quit drinking (He didn't actually say this quote directly, but he drank daily while running a country)
Most guys get introduced to productivity through memes like nofap and masculinity motivational content...
But I think the quicker you move into higher levels of productivity the better
This is not to say there aren't other valid reasons to do nofap, such as personal preferences, religion and the toxic nature of porn.
But don't for a second think your life will magically improve due to nofap

Levels of Discipline
- Level 1: Positive thinking and other types of fake productivity that require zero actual work
- Level 2: Consuming motivational and productivity content, but again without any actual work
- Level 3: Focusing on activities that seem productive but don't actually directly improve life (E.g. nofap, reading, etc)
- Level 4: Setting a general goal such as "I want to lose weight", but without a clearly defined strategy
- Level 5:Being laser focused on a single objective using a method such as below:
- Step 1: Set a specific objective that will actually improve your life
- Step 2: Create a detailed strategy based on research of the most effective way to achieve that strategy
- Step 3: Break that strategy down into daily actions
