if it were up to me, i'd focus on maximizing one standout feature rather than trying to improve everything equally.

for example, if my jaw was already strong and my eyes were average, i'd put more effort into improving my jaw rather than bringing my eyes up to its level.

i'd rather have one defining trait people remember me for than numerous mildly above-average ones.

a key feature can make you more memorable and less easily replaceable in dating as you're more unique.

i would try to assess what the biggest objective flaw is then correct that surgically, some minor flaws can be fixed with filler or makeup/ other frauds or smaller cosmetic procedures. a lot of users are low iq thinking every small flaw requires an osteotomy or implants.

i get what you're saying though, but i think for your total attractiveness it will always be the highest roi to fix the biggest objective flaw first, and go in order of importance

it's also about money and recovery. realistically i'd need lefort and infras but i almost never talk about that as i know i'm not willing to take these measures nor do i have the money.

it's all for my own image after all so if i can fraud into liking myself it's a win.

some things just aren't realistically worth doing. the highest roi for me would be obo or zygo reduction but obviously I'm not doing either, with obo you get tabanned and zygo reduction causes midface collapse.
I'm thinking the most effective looksmaxes are everything that has to do with skin and coloring and properly placed filler (i mean for small corrections not for extreme recession) of course osteotomies and implants have their place but it's just a retarded option for a lot of people. it's like how frost faceiq tells everyone to get lefort and monobloc
