Tell me how the hell I can get pointy flared out gonial bone if my gonials are literally concave? They curve inwards, makes my face look like a potato , I once had veins all over my abs and still had a potato face. Doctors can’t make miracles like putting bone where there’s any unless it a bone graft (implant). I have a deformity in my jaw and that only can be addressed with an implant

Only adding volume horizontal volume to my gonials fixes the problem. My fillers is the evidence

It depends on the extend to which it's concave, sure, a perfectly convex shape will be difficult to achieve. BUT in a first chin wing procedure the mandible border can be widened greatly (up to 1.5cm each side, totalling 3cm which is a lot) by a median cut in the chin area. In a second procedure, the bone can be reshaped: some parts can be shaven down a little and gonials seperately addressed by a so called segmented chin wing osteotomy which can be confused with side wing osteotomy.

As I said, if you're totally fucked (like me) even that won't fully fix it, but even for the worst cases it can create very good improvements. After that you'll need perhaps 1ml of filler and not 5ml

It's not quite as bad as you think. There are days when it drives me almost insane but then again I sometimes forget about it for weeks. Also nerves can recover up to 2 years after.

It also helps to read some long term studies made after genioplasty and BSSO. It's a very small number of people who report damage 5+ years after surgery so I wouldn't bother too much about nerve damage.

How is Jaw cope? lemme guess you have a recessed lower third? You can't look ''Sexy'' without a good jaw.

Also skull size copers can't deny the huge difference here with the after pic. 2nd guy looks significantly more dimorphic with larger skull size. If you morh a masc jaw on the 1st picture it would still look cringy, because his small skull size wouldnt harmonize well with a masculine mandible. The before picture has literally female sized skull.

@op- good improvement in the jaw. The before picture with face cream clearly shows that the mandible is too narrow and chin slightly too small.
