it used you only be bearable in pure silence.


now i physically cant stop touching my ears, i’m borderline going to tear up.

everyone with tinnitus can tell you this is worse than being a subhuman incel.

its constant now i can’t even listen to teachers or music anymore. its like a knife to my ears and it’s purely because of my dad’s genetics.

no its like stuck in my brain. unless people dont remind me, my brain can get used to it and partly cover up the noise.
