Got this condition a decade ago, it was very brutal the first year but it became manageable later on as you adjust to always hearing this high-pitched noise, tone in the background.

Smh peaking again recently and getting annoyed by it again.

There's no fucking cure. More incel luck.

Antidepressant called Effexor triggered it for me.

left ear only for me. No pain. I had a hearing loss test done when I got it and it showed I lost hearing on my left side after that 1 night of clubbing.

I always wear hearing protection now when I go to raves.
