1) Feeling small/weak. U feel like a cuck because even some bloated subhuman can take you down a lot easier if you are lean
2) Very cold often. Lack of calories and body fat makes u more cold
3) Sometimes pale/lack of energy. Usually in the morning or after burning a lot of calories


but lean face makes up for it. and i still have some more to lose not even done yet

You think you are small? Try me. My leanmaxxing has been brutal. I'm down to motherfucking 130 lbs. Last night I weighed in at 129.4 lbs, 12.3% body fat (when I stepped on the scale a second time I got 12.4%. These scales fluctuate a bit). Fuck me.

I'm under 130 fucking pounds and I still have a little bit of lower belly fat underneath my belly button. And no Adonis Belt

Height: 167cm (5'5.75")
Weight (6-day average): 59.15kg (130.4 lbs)
Body fat % (6-day average): 12.7%
Muscle Mass % (6-day average): 43.9%
Water Weight % (6-day average): 62.8%

The last two women I got sexual with during my leanmaxxing journey told me that my hands feel cold as ice. They were both heavier than me.

If I stepped in the sauna and sweat out 5 pounds, I'd make the UFC Flyweight Division and be fighting Mexicans and Filipinos. Manny Pacquiao is about my height, maybe a centimeter shorter, yet I'm smaller than him. lmfao.

Everyone who knows me from PSL knows that I used to be a fat ass manlet for years. Now I'm a twink manlet. I started at 168.2 lbs February 6th in my leanmaxxing journey. Though I typically weighed about 160+ lbs for years and years. Usually around 163 lbs.

Downsides for me are:

* Obsessive thoughts about food
* Nausea & Dizziness
* Hunger

Upsides:

* More energy, easier to move around when a little lighter
* Leaner face
* Better looking
* Face looks younger, both calorie restriction and extending fasting have anti-aging effects
* Longer life
* treated better in public
* People nicer
* Girls more likely to stare
* Confidence boost instead of decrease every time you look in the mirror
* Not dying alone (hopefully)
* Save money on food. Increase investments. Increase wealth.

Leanmaxxing to get a good jaw gives you a bigger dopamine rush than anything else u can think of. Leanmaxxing is 90% of looksmaxxing.

threw my bulk meal out the window, black coffee and sardines from now on.
I don't think I ever wanna bulk again cause I don't wanna lose the jaw
 
I'm getting leaner but it is hard as a glutton. I work in a restaurant of a 4 star hotel. Brutal temptations every day. I stopped eating croissants and other pastries. Just coffee for breakfast. I try to eat barely any carbs and just mostly protein and some fat. The other day I was making frozen desserts with cinnamon cream, mango dressing and walnuts cooked in sugar and butter... JFL.

Why do u think so many models smoke cigs? Nicotine is a psychoactive substance, it has numerous benefits such as raising dopamine and testosterone.

Athletes don't smoke but they definitely abuse PEDs and some of them use nicotine pouches, nicotine gum and other safer forms of nicotine consumption.

Smoking supresses appetite, but IMO when I was smoking a pack of day I saw no benefits. If I tried quitting, and failed, and had a ciggie, I'd go from nicotine withdrawal drowsiness to feeling 100% focused for a minute or two, almost like I was on amphetamine.

Tbh idk man I'm skinny fat rn if I "leanmaxx" I'll be plain skinny I was initially thinking of bulking first then cutting for good

Height (6pm+ evening): 167cm (5'5.75")
Weight (3-day average): 127.4lbs (57.79kg)

In the before picture (Aug 30) I was 135lbs (61.235kg)
Got more core muscle definition but looks like I lost some muscle mass.

Right now I'm sitting at 128.6lbs 7-day avg (58.33kg)

This, I'm leaner than I was 1 year ago and I don't have any of those sympthoms, I go to the gym, build muscle and do cardio. Last year I suffered a lot of cold and bad side effects now I dont, why is that?

How did you lose fat? I'm struggling a lot. I gain and lose weight slowly, so I can't fuck up too much as shedding takes ages. I'm looking to order new running shoes to start running 5km every single day before I go to work.

Eat less calories and burn more, I just try to burn 200-350 cal a day by exercise and also eating less and being always a bit hungry
