My top lip curls inward or is it me? What is this?

My philtrum is basically straight imo. If you look at the lips, there’s a gap. But I’m not holding my mouth open. My bite connects. It’s not like my teeth don’t touch. It’s like my top lip is curling in and down instead of straight out or slightly upwards, which I assume is ideal.

Btw, the underside of my chin has a bit of a lump right now cause I was sick and my lymph nodes are still inflamed. It’s not fat, it would usually be tighter in that area.
