if you have a larger forehead make your hair cover your forehead slightly. thats what i do and my forehead doesnt even look like a flaw. look at ian somehalders hair and take inspo

Also after hair transplant you have to use fin to keep all of your hair but obviously talk to a dermatologist before doing anything
