Depends on genetics, diet, muscle mass etc but naturally around 0.5-1%. bodybuilders can lose 2% with PEDs during very aggressive cuts but 2 weeks is too little of a time frame for fat loss to happen. Most of the weight that gets shedded during this time water+glycogen

and 450 test


i gained a lot of muscle and stayed the same weight also lost significally visual fat

but i gotta keep going

im on such a lock in diet u dont even understand how bad i want this
