breakfast- banana
usually run 8-10 miles
lunch- salad, 18 oz boiled chicken breast or tuna in water or salmon, fat free caesar dressing, sugar free ketchup, 2 pieces of lavash flat bread or wrap
snack- coffee w/fat free or sugar free creamer, eggwhite french toast w/sugar free syrup OR protein sludge (2 scoops ON whey, PB2, splash almond milk, sugar free whipped cream)
pm workout - pushups, pull ups, hand stand push ups, kb snatches or kb c+j for time, ab wheel roll outs
dinner- can of tuna, half a bagel OR 1/2 cup oatmeal w/berries.
snack- smart popcorn (very low cal), herbal tea w/splenda and lemon
