We were discussing our interests. I told him that I like reading fiction, politics, philosophy, and sometimes coding. He was like "ohh cool, what language do you code with? I have an EE degree and had to code for some of my courses".

Are EE jobs hard to find? My Uber driver was like 23-24 years old
