I will run around the forest like a madman, to get better stamina. To strengthen myself I will grunt loudly, headbutt trees, kick rocks and trees. I will go on long walks and runs in the middle of the forest without paths.

I am going to learn breathing methods like the Wim Hof method. I will also meditate for very long periods like I'm buddha himself.
Ima get better reflexes by fighting the demons. I will jump and move without fear. Falling on to the ground is good. I am going to watch chinese monks and martial arts mfs and mimick their moves. Everyday I will do all sorts of kicks, jumps and spins. Ofc I will lift my dumbells aswell and do pushups, stretches, etc.

With my friend we are going to do sword fighting with big ass tree branches and go swimming, biking, etc.

Inspiration for this was when I rewatched demon slayer.
I will begin training when the snow melts and the training will be intensified when summer break starts. So every day I will workout for 8 hours.
