My uncle has severe schizophrenia and OCD

Screams at nights. Avoids mirrors. There was a period of time where he never got up from bed for like a week. Didnt eat a single piece of food didnt brush teeth had shit oral health didnt go to the toilet.

Then when my grandpa forced him to get up and eat some food he ran away to the street and was gonna sleep in the streets but got convinced and came back.

Has OCD rituals. Tbh
