It still looks bad and I have some exposure, but it's miles better than it was before

I think when I get laser resurfacing to fix the folds (bags) directly beneath my eyes I will have a decent under eye area

I think it's really trial and error. It also depends what ur issue is.. hollowness, dark circles, eye bags??

1 month now and I've already seen improvements. But my skin was already decent when I started.
Also I didn't get laser for scars yet. My forehead has a few minor scars and I plan to eventually fix them with laser

Yes, eye bags are definitely an issue. They're holding me back very much.

Like discoloration of the skin. See the pic I sent, I still have some dark areas under my eyes. Those are probably the hardest to deal with.

Bags can be targeted by laser resurfacing which is relatively expensive though (800-1000$ per treatment), but should be highly effective from what I've seen.

If ur bags are REALLY bad you need eye surgery probably like blepharoplasty.. but I doubt they're that bad
