Disclaimer: This method requires very strong will power but does yield good results. I do not recommend this method for those who struggle to stay perfectly consistent and for an issue with the method I will discuss later in the thread.
The method:
The Issue:

The method:
- Walking around a city, town, or field for hours with:
- No food
- No money
- Only water
- Some appetite suppressants
- Before going out, taking light appetite suppressants such as:
- Nicotine (through cigarettes)
- Caffeine tablets
- Gum
- Bringing more appetite suppressants along for the walk
- Walks lasting between 4–8 hours
- Often walking with friends, which helped
- Listening to music during walks to distract from thinking about food
- Eating only one meal each evening while following this method
- However, there is a major issue with this method
The Issue:
Big single meals produce stronger post-meal lipogenic conditions
A very large mixed meal produces bigger postprandial rises in glucose and insulin, and supplies a large amount of carbohydrate and fat substrate at once. The liver responds by increasing postprandial de-novo lipogenesis (DNL) and packaging/trapping excess substrate into VLDL and adipose triglycerides — especially if the meal repeatedly provides a surplus of carbohydrate or energy. In practice that can make each refeed more “lipogenic” (fat-forming) than the same calories spread across smaller meals. Controlled metabolic studies and reviews show DNL is activated in the fed state and rises after large carbohydrate loads. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11157321/Can't post results - wont let me upload images
