Status I'm in rn : 185 cm , mtn front lmtn side , high bodyfat sadly , overall I got some potential
Body and muscles: training hard 5 times and 3 cardio a week, eating 2000 cal at least from good foods to support my teen years growth ( meats , eggs , milk and fruits) , might pin if I found a good source in my region
Misc: tanning in the sun , getting Whiter teeth and using minoxidil for eyelashes and eyebrows
Angularity: losing bodyfat and bonesmashing my zygos, beowridge and mandble
Skincare: salicylic acid ( I really don't know some good things here , so if you got any skincare advice please let me know)
If you recommend anything to me say it and I'd be thankful, also don't troll me or anything, I just want to look better and this is my knowledge, if you got anything outside of my knowledge, just say it to me
