Start researching like crazy on a commisuroplasty and you could probably be HTN as long as it doesnt come out botched. Other than that you look fully softmaxxed. Maybe lip tinting with lip liner can fraud it but girls are good at observing stuff like that

Around hmtn. Main flaw is narrow mouth. Otherwise good frontal harmony.

After looking at side, your chin and mandible are underprojected. It’s not a huge issue though.
