this is just a brain dump for my own convenience

Goals:
  1. Achieve lighter skin and better undertones
  2. Moneymaxxing + study/careermaxxing
  3. Escape manletism
  4. Get body halo
  5. Facemax
  6. Fashionmax + NTmax
  • Mewing
  • Stay at 10–12% body fat year round
  • Resistance training, compound lifts 3-6 days a week, focus on getting stronger on weekly basis, mini cuts/lean bulk gradually to gain lean mass. Eat the same thing everyday to make adjusting calories super easy
  • Get Adonis belt and wide shoulders halo
  • Implants to fix dental extractions
  • Neck training, forearm exercises for robust veiny arms halo
  • Hit every macro/micronutrient goals on MyFitnessPal
  • Sleep 7-8 hours everyday without fail
  • 150 minutes moderate intensity cardio a week
  • Cold showers + meditation everyday to cortisolmin, radically eliminate all stressors and keep brain occupied at all times
  • Get treatment for OCD and fked up brain activity
  • Read everyday and keep updated on random topics
  • Avoid blue light hour before bedtime
  • Supplement Vit D3, magnesium glycinate, creatine monohydrate
  • Expand and maintain a large social network
  • Study/work at least 50 hours a week for education/moneymaxxing goals
  • Use modafinil as needed
  • Minimize expenses as much as possible
  • SPF 50+ PA++++ whenever sun exposed, reapply every 2 hours
  • Eliminate processed sugars, refined carbohydrates, incorporate antioxidants in diet
  • Regular meditation, breathing exercises, lower blood pressure to 110/70 and resting heart rate to 60 BPM and monitor regularly
  • Restricted caffeine intake to no more than 100mg and only in the AM
  • Blood work every month to keep health markers in check always
  • Gymmaxxing, reach 75 kg lean
  • Acne treatment, get clear skin
  • Tretinoin cycle 0.025 and increase to 0.05 for collagen
  • Change sheets and pillow covers every 3 days
  • Kojic acid soap for skin lightening (1-2 shades)
  • CeraVe AM + PM routine cleanser + moisturizer
  • Hydroquinone 4% cycled at regular intervals for skin lightening (2 shades) then maintain with other lighteners like Kojic acid cream + hyaluronic acid serum
  • Dermarolling/microneedling at regular intervals, hair + collagen
  • Heightmaxxing shoes (+1.5 inches)
  • Stretching + posturemaxxing (+0.5 inch)
  • Leg lengthening surgery (+3-3.25 inches) and recovery
  • Regular exfoliation to boost cell renewal
  • Teeth whitening regular intervals
  • Get a perm + maintain medium to long hair length + argan oil as prestyler hair texture + styling routine with other hair products to get hair halo
  • Get contact lenses
  • Get professionally taken pictures in good locations/backgrounds + Tinder platinum subscription + build up Instagram/social media following

i doubt you can do both. First you get your goal weight then cut to 10-12%

yeah the body recomp will take a long time though
 
How did ocd affect your studies??
I couldn't study for shit before modafinilmaxxing to help me make it a habit
