Looks:
-curling my eyelashes more, to hide UEE.
-beardfraud to enhance my jaw, chin, philtrum lenght and double chin.
-cutting down to 12% bodyfat.
-putting on muscles so I can have the ideal male body.
-using shoes to be a bit taller (half an inch, at least).
-no tatoos, no piercings (personal decision).
-attractive hairstyle.
-better style and clothing.
-fixing overbite.
Mindset:
-sleeping 8+ hours every day.
-doing meditation.
-self esteem excercises.
-talking to people more
-talking about my issues with my friends
-reading
-listening to music
-stop obsessing over looks and over myself (to not be narcissistic)
-liking what I have
-feeling more gratitute for my parents and friends
-stop browsing through looksmaxx.
Social skills:
Strenghts: I know how to listen, I care about the people that surrounds me, I have no evil intentions, I have no malice, I'm loyal.
Weaknesses: Low self steem, no confidence, social anxiety, fear of the people who surround me, extremely shy and passive, sometimes I'm not aware of my own feelings, not understanding people's intention at all, lots of insecurities, bitterness around looks and social skills, low IQ, poor concentration, paranoia.

7:30 AM= Wake up.
7:45: breakfast.
8: studying.
9:30= run for 30 minutes
10: muscle training
10:30= studying
12: reading
13: showering
13:30= eating
14:30= on the road to school
21:30= arriving home
22:00= finished dinner
23/23:30= sleep
