My upper jaw is more recessed and flatter than it looks in the photo. I believe I need double jaw surgery. Also, my left eye lacks support from below. I would appreciate your evaluation. Thank you.

Your upper maxilla does look a little flat yes, that could also explain the lack of support under your left eye. Not sure if jaw surgery is worth it for you unless you have functional issues. Your front looks really good imo. Kinda reminds me of vito basso. You have nice hair aswell.
