No but I‘m a tennis coach so I‘m a lot in the sun but I take care with 50spf sunscreen and hats. I don‘t even get a real tan

I got a wider jaw, probably just from growing up and maybe from widsom teeth. It could have make the mouth wider

there's no need to worry unless they don't plump back up once the days get shorter.

I work outdoors so I'm familiar with it, suncreen doesn't prevent it completely, my lips are significantly plumper during the winter than they are during the midst of the summer.
