nah idts, protein does help with growth but like you could get tons of nutrition through milk products, you have to maximise nutrition till 15 after that its over, and i eat eggs so not totally vegetarian but i havent eaten eggs since the last 3 years

If I did everything perfectly I would have been maybe an inch taller, that’s it. I spent some years between 14-16 sleeping like shit or just a couple hours per night and that might have affected my growth by a couple cm, but I remember since I was a child my predicted height was like 5’7 or about there, then my other doctor I got when I was 13 said I could have maybe reached 5’11 but she pulled that out of her ass and told me 5’9 was definitely realistic and good too (jfl).
Height is only genetics unless you got severely malnourished or sleep deprived since you were a little kid

nutrition isnt gonna do magic to your height and give you an extra foot or so but its needed to reach your max potential which is basically what we are tryna do right? and you just need to be above 5'8 to qualify, sure extra height is great but being 5'8 or above isnt that bad

Being 5’8 in a western developed country is shit dude, I’m 5’9 in Italy which is not notoriously a country of giants and sometimes feel like a little kid going around, can’t imagine being below 6 foot in really tall countries like The Netherlands or the whole Northern Europe
