Since swallowing the lean face pill I've realized that my recessed ass won’t look good unless I’m shredded. Currently 6’ 180 at about 15% bf, gonna try to get down to the 170-175 range by summer.
If I can’t look muscular in clothes, I need to find new ways to get body halo. My goal is to go from veinless, undefined, pale, hairy inkel arms to tan, veiny, defined, chad arms.
Here’s the plan:
1. Lose the last few pounds of fat
2. Blast L-citrulline
3. Shave a few times weekly
4. Tan with mt2
5. Nucleus overload training
6. Fat grips
7. Occlusion bands
Supplementation:
According to that nigga Derek, L-citrulline is the best supplement for increasing nitric oxide and shit for better pumps and vascularity. Yes his preworkouts have a bunch of other ingredients, but there’s definitely some degree of 80/20 going on. If I’m going for 10 mgs daily as he recommends, I could either use gorilla mode for $2 daily, or I could buy it straight for $0.40 daily.
That’s 100 servings(1 kg) for $40.
Training:
If you don’t know about nucleus overload, it’s the theory that training a muscle group daily for a period of a month+ increases your capacity for future growth. Maybe cope maybe not idc.
Everyday I will simply throw fat grips on a light curl bar and superset reverse curls and wrist curls while wearing occlusion bands.
Occlusion bands are bands you wrap around your arm to trap some of the blood and increase the pump and vascularity.
Idk about the brand here but can’t be that complicated.
Fat grips are these mfs you wrap around the bar to make it thicker. The increased difficulty to grip the bar makes your forearms work harder.
Between the gear and the supps, I’ll probably spend like $75, and this routine will only take 5-10 minutes daily at the end of my workout. I’ll update you goys about how well this works out, but I think this will be a very easy and effective way to increase your arm vascularity.
