I'm at a bfp of sub 13% but I still got a little fat on my lower belly that just won't go away I do cardio everyday 16 incline 3.5kmh for 1h and I to upper lower push pull legs as training and I have 7000 sets a day at least and I eat "okay" like 1800-1900 kcal on a normal day is there anything I can eat to lose even more fat (I use protein pulver and creatin too if that helps)
 
If your rate of weight loss has stalled or slowed just lower your calories on the deficit as your simply not lean enough. That's the only way
