I'm at a bfp of sub 13% but I still got a little fat on my lower belly that just won't go away I do cardio everyday 16 incline 3.5kmh for 1h and I to upper lower push pull legs as training and I have 7000 sets a day at least and I eat "okay" like 1800-1900 kcal on a normal day is there anything I can eat to lose even more fat (I use protein pulver and creatin too if that helps)
