Dht induced ofcourse

But maybe there is another view which is:

Broken or mutated estrogen receptors

Then why every balding man looks boneless? One of estrogen roles is bone health it has more influence on bone density than dht

what? Most balding young men are gymcels Or look high test. (Anyways it’s genetics). Also how would mutated estrogen receptors affect hairloss? Wouldn’t it be androgen receptors?

Why would you blame androgen receptors and not estrogen receptors in the hair follicles?
Estrogen prolong anagen phase for as long as possible, why some men like khabib keep thier hair despite high test and obvious signs of high dht (beard and body hair)?

The dht defecient patients are good example that dht affects hair follicles but that's not always the case, I always see some white dude who's in his 50s and not dht defecient and keep nw1 with no mature hairline or any recession

Mutated estrogen receptors or broken ones can lead to increased androgen receptors expression and we know that dht affects hair follicles

testosterone when it can't be converted to estrogen it will convert to dht that's if not dht blocked and if dht blocked it will maintain testosterone and not get converted into anything which is why I suspect mutated estrogen receptors are also a cause of hairloss

Skull shape and skull size increased from exposure to DHT throughout aging. Causes scar tissue and decreased blood flow– less oxygen and nutrients

Some people are destined to be bald while others can be homeless, opioid addicts with long, lushness hair

Nah it’s just a YouTuber gathering his own sources to come up with his own educated opinion. + factoring he has a hair channel could play into grifting or somehow profiting in a way

It’s like hamza who tells kids to do whatever bs he says that I’ve never watched

But I’m not qualified either way, just my opinion

Whatever defend some random ass dude. I got bigger shit to focus on

Hair loss is easy to fix, most people are too pussy to take the medication or to put themselves across the other side of the world for invasive surgery

Nigga I take the pills but its not like that I'm not experiencing heavy shedding or getting scalp itch every now and then and see little growth compared to when I was 19 with no pills or shit

Yet zero appeal and talks like an aspy. He’s a mark, if I know it that means women know it

Shadow him in the club or out shopping then shadow the women he interacts with and listen to their convos. It will tell a different story

Fin, oral minox, get routine hormonal blood work, fue. There’s not much else– eat healthy, avoid smoking cigarettes, excercise– it’s all basic shit. The science isn’t there yet and nobody has time to wait for it. The best step is prevention

You don’t need to start a dedicated YouTube channel to figure this shit out, unless you’re profiting from it

This is what chatgpt summarized
  • DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is strongly linked to androgenic alopecia (MPB), but it’s not the amount of DHT alone—it’s about how sensitive your androgen receptors (AR) are in the hair follicles.
  • Some people have genetic mutations or upregulations in the AR gene, making them ultra-sensitive to even normal DHT levels.
Estrogen receptors aren’t usually the cause of mpd it’s still dht. Wouldn’t the estrogen receptors be more like a shield whereas dht is like a sword?

Okay you blocked dht and nuked it but you still don't regrow hair or you just maintain what's the reason that dut doesn't regrow hair but spironolactone does?

I think Spiro alone could do the same as dut or maybe a little better, since it potentially blocks testosterone production too. However E2 and Spiro would for sure cause regrowth because estrogen is extremely useful for the scalp and hair follicles. Lower dht and test attaching to the androgen receptors could mean better hair follicles.

Also spiro blocks the androgen receptor directly

Spiro is a feminizing diuretic at high doses its similar to estrogen injections but rather in a form of pills, androgen blockers don't cause regrowth similar to spiro or estrogen injections, my theory is that estrogen receptors in the scalp is what's responsible for keeping hair growing and not receding, womem hit menopause and thier estrogen declines massively yet they maintain thier hair to the grave without worrying about if dht will rape it
