I believe life has absolutely ZERO meaning. You have to just be as peaceful and happy as you can during life, which means;
Getting any surgery you need to get a halo effect
Not care about anything
And I also think that anyone who tries to prevent someone else's short lived happiness (if wanted); they should be sent to the chopping board.
