I believe looksmaxxing is overrated.
It’s only nessesary and useful to the point where u feel good
The whole point is being a better version of yourself, but what determines that? Perfect ratios, I don’t think so
95% of ur worries, problems don’t exist or don’t matter
It doesn’t matter if u follow the primal diet, hop on smt, do fucking bone shmashing
At the end the real question is, is this all worth it just to make you feel better and happy
I believe you should looksmax to the point where ur happy, key is you if you think you need more do it
Don’t search up idk salludons ascension or Romulus ascension look for what u want to be happy. ask your friend irl to give u advice.
Quitting looksmaxxing is key to peace
