Depends on your starting point 10k iu is a baby dose
Take 50.000 for 3 weeks and then lower it to 5k for ever very important take Vitamin K2 mk7 600mcg with it and don’t take additional calcium supplement

No it’s not I have read a book a man took 100.000 everyday for a year his health improved a lot his levels were 130

Mine was 48ng/mL last time I checked my blood. I was taking 5000iu for about 2 months . 98% of people seem to have sub optimal vitamin D levels

low vitamin d causes depression , fatigue , weakened immune system , low T and more

over if you aren’t supplementing vit D tbh
