Weird because I already eat a fair bit of eggs. I'm taking high strength vitamin D supplements now
 
Very bad. Your levels should optimally be at least 10x that. Ideally in the 100's ng/mL range

Yes, I was also deficient and supplementing decreased my hairloss (didn't stop it completely). I take 10k iu vit D + k2 a day.

Did it regrow/thicken up the hair?

Mine was 11, they had me on 50k UI every 3 days lol. Didn't change shit for hair, but it's important nonetheless.

Sunlight works the best for vit d imo, I guess that's why I feel way better in summer months, vit d = higher t

I've been on finasteride for about 3 months. Growing a fuckton of new hairs
ln slick bald areas. But then again I've also been taking around 4000 Iu vitamin d supplements everyday, and eating a shitton of vegetables and meat and avoiding sugar and refined carbs so i have no clue

Libido and dick remained mostly the same but last week I switched to completely clean eating with 0 sugar bad fats refined carbs etc and my sex drive went through the roof
