My voice is all over the place

Like somedays my voice feels deeper than others. Also depends on who I'm talking to.

I feel like I speak in a much higher pitch than my "actual" pitch, does anyone else have this issue? I think it's due to being socially awkward. How the fuck do I find my real pitch

My voice depth doesn't fluctuate from day to day but I do speak in a slightly higher pitch than my "actual" pitch as you described when in social situations. Isn't really a concern for me tbh.
