I have been sleeping 8 hours everynight for almost 3 weeks now and my voice has become so deep and resonant, I no longer have the meek squeaky voice like Pneumo anymore. Have been sleeping 3-6hours daily for years didn't know it cucked my voice potential this much.

Used to sleep from 7am now moved to 2am which is super early for me.

I am naturally nightowl, using medical grade core temperature sensor device it says my minimum core body temperature is at 11am, normies would have it at 4am.
