My voice ruins everything

I am 5’10 guy with wide frame and mtn face from mongolia but my voice is inarticulate asf and feminine so even my girlfriend jokes about my voice

How can I improve though?

Nothing I've seen that would showcase it to be a temporary solution. A google search seems to back this up as well... Would seem weird for it to be temporary seeing as they're physically augmenting your vocal cords such that your voice lowers.
