I mean you just pretend like in the acting classes you're a character(one's that confident, extroverted, loud, etc.) and you go on acting like that in real life, until you become that person. It's not uncommon for some method actors to be constantly in character while they shoot a movie for the whole duration of filming. For those who shoot TV shows and play the same character for years, this can happen naturally and they transform basically into that character.
