i wish i could even get to 70kg. i hit 69kg at most then got sick and lost 5kgs , and after 2 more months i got sick again and lost 5 more kgs and now im stuck at like 61kgs. brutal

Some people just have healthy realtionship with food. I know a guy who weights exactly 75kg for 15 years now and he doesn't know what calories are. If I didn't calc every calorie and was eating what I want, I would be 300kg in 2 years.

i dont know how people get fat and shit im a guy that was never over 75 kg in his life i just cant eat a lot and my body doesnt really like junk food so i try to it as little as possible which probably helps

i have really small legs which also plays a part most of your weight is in your lower body

usually my diet is 5 eggs with a lavash and 500 grams of skyr honey and 50 grams of oats for dinner i will get different stuff but mostly chicken or pork with rice or pasta ect and after that i will eat two sandwiches with peanut butter so i will assume around 1800 cals probably

you active? maintaining on 1800 send kinda low tbh

im not sure about those calories but yes im active i walk 20-30k steps per day and i do calisthenics

Depends on your goal IMO. Is you plan to continue to maintain or increase weight or get leaner?
I mean, even though you are not tracking correctly calorie wise, if your maintaining and just following your natural hunger signaling then thats good. If you wanted to gain weight, I wouldn't even change your meals, I would just end up cooking the same meals and same size meals, just with more hidden calories. Like cook eggs in some more butter, add some cheese etc to pasta, slightly more penut butter. Over a day would out you in 500 cal surplus at least. If cut, i would probaby substitute the pasta for something else or cut it completely, pasta is mainly good pre workout, but you have the oats and honey which is better nutritionaly compared to the pasta. If maintain I would pribaby just witch the pork or chicken to beef, more complete nutritionally imo.

i want to gain some weight im literally skinny fat im skinny for my height im 183 cm and my morning weight is probably like 67-8 im underweight and not like the way i look

At skinny fat I would try be in a small deficit tbh. It's too much fat and too little muscle. I would probaby go to the gym so you can actually progressive overload each time and train in a good rep range for hypertrophy. I'd also try increase your fat intake since suboptinal hormones causes skinny fat also, so having a higher fat intake is important.

And if you want roid JFL, usually peoples concern is their hair, but, well, that's not a concern for you.

i will definetly have no interest in roiding ever i will start eating more problem with me is that my body compostion never change no matter my weight even if i drop 5 kg i will get smaller but i will still be fat and have zero definition

Your lacking muscle mass, callisthenics isn’t cutting it, sure it’s fun, but you need some proper resistance training. If there is no music to reveal your just going to be removing fat with no visual change as you said.
