I have the frame and the muscle of a 13 year old

How to put on weight when the gym doesnt seem to work for me?

No one is going to take 60mg mk677 for a year straight you take it 3 months on 3 months off
And even if you did just avoid sugar and carbs and you'll probably be fine with a 20 mg dose

Everything that significantly does something good to your body has risk
Its better to take that risk than to do nothing

yeah big horseshit, you're literally talking to a guy who's been on mk677 longer than anyone here
mk greatly increases your insulin sensitivity, which will inevitably increase the risk of diabetes. Telling people to just avoid carbs is like telling people to just avoid breathing air to get no pollutants in, it's impossible.

Btw, if your reasoning for taking MK677 is increased appatite, you're already doing it wrong, since you should have the discipline of eating without appatite to begin with and taking MK or other substitutes just turns you more lazy (Unironically does besides the fact it doesn't make you disciplined, since the mk spike will turn you drowzy and tired). If you have the discipline where you eat 5/6 meals a day, you won't need MK677 anyways.

Ive also been on mk677 multiple times and it's not as bad as you make it out to be
After you come of it for a while you insulin sensitivity definitely goes down

And not eating carbs and sugars is not hard if youre not an obese fat fuck
You don't need to avoid bread or rice completely just don't eat alot of it

You even said it yourself retard it's a risk not garunteed
