I already said it, I'm underweight af, all my back bones are visible, ribs as well, face looks like the one of a junkie, small neck worsening facial perception, probably smallest arms and legs from all 12th graders, no upper facial fat pads, depression, extreme fatigue, no erections etc.

not all are direct causes ik. i obv dont want to become a plump almost obese type but some fat would help me a lot and it would allow me to put more muscle

just saying BMI is inaccurate you could be 45kg of fat and 15kg of muscle but you may be seen as morbidly obese,,, bmi is not good becuade it can't take into account MUSCLE and ur life style
