just wait until ur neck isnt sore

youll need to basically progressively overload the frequency till u can do it nearly everyday.

or u can just do neck exercises even if ur sore, thats what i did personally but i would do it the other way if i started over again.

i did just 2 sets instead of 5, ill do 5 if im good tmrw
u can do even less, i do literally just do 1 set per exercise lol

just makes it quick and easier to be consistent (which is honestly the best part) but u still make a good amount of gains

neck curls, neck extensions and side neck curls make your neck thicker and make you more attractive
ik what neck exercises are, i was js asking if those were indeed the ones you wanted to do, anyways, once the novelty of the movement stops being novelty you can pretty much do them every day if thats what you want, i used to do that.
BUT i dont think curling 30kgs 3x25 everyday back to back is recommendable, depending on the weight and reps you should give your neck a rest day.
