32M and 35F married to each other for 5 years. For the last 1.5 years we were having issues in the bedroom. We only had sex on our anniversary and my birthday. I am not happy with the situation and had talked to her about it many times. I asked if it’s something from my side but she says she is just not in the mood or tired or somewhere on her body hurts. I was thinking maybe it’s something related to her hormones and she cannot get in the mood but found out she has been masturbating multiple times a day. I don’t know if she watches porn but I assume she does given how detrimental porn addiction can be. I tried to talk about it but she got angry when I brought it on the table. She also refuses any kind of counseling nor help about it.
I think she might be a low libido just for me. You see, I wasn’t anything like her past boyfriends. I started suspecting that she settled for me for stability. Yesterday, I had a discussion about it with her and even mentioned divorce but she didn’t even take me seriously. I’ll go to an attorney office today to start the process and at least prepare the one-pager to initiate the process with the family court.
