My wisdom teeth are crooked is it over?

I got a scan of my teeth and the dentist noticed my lower jaw wisdom teeth are facing horizontally and they told me that all of my wisdom teeth would need to be removed because so. The root of the wisdom teeth are coming pretty close to an artery in my jaw they said. Would there be any reason not to get them removed?

yeah in this case you are doing more damage by not removing them, and dont worry ive had a normal lower molar on one side removed due to a infection and it hasnt changed my face/structure at all so removing widom teeth wont either
